You have the option to pay by bank transfer or PayPal:
You can also pay via PayPal even if you don't have an account there. In that case, select credit card as your payment method in PayPal.
If you pay by bank transfer, the amount must be credited to our account within eight business days. You will find the necessary bank details in your order confirmation. If you send us proof of transfer by email, we will activate the download immediately. If the amount is not credited to one of our bank accounts within eight business days, we will charge a reasonable reminder fee for each reminder.
Support policy:
For the products in question, we provide telephone or email support if this was ordered at the time of purchase or requested separately.
If you have a problem or are stuck, we can help. We'll analyze your problem and show you a solution.
Support does not include installation tasks on your web server; these must be ordered separately if required. We do not provide support for release candidate versions intended for use with a live website. Furthermore, we do not provide support for paid extensions that are not available to us. All support requests for our services are limited to three per week. We do not provide support for outdated, unupdated tools.
Please always provide the order number of your purchased support ticket with every support request. This also applies to telephone support requests. We cannot process any support requests without a valid order number.

Update guarantee for our manuals and tools:
Our manuals are constantly updated, incorporating important new components as well as solutions to problems reported to us. Once purchased, an e-book can be downloaded free of charge in its current version for 12 months. The update period for our software tools and packages is also 12 months. Some of our software packages can be unlocked for an additional 12 months at a special price in the customer account subscription area.
To use our update service, you must be subscribed to our newsletter system. This service, provided voluntarily by EasyBay-Web, can be revoked at any time if we believe that our terms and conditions, and in particular our copyright, are being violated.
Installations and service work:
When commissioning Joomla or WordPress installations from us, it is essential to ensure that the necessary technical requirements are met by your provider and your web hosting account. Joomla requirements can be found here: http://www.joomla.org/technical-requirements.html . WordPress requirements can be found here: http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ . Please note that our installation services do not include configuration tasks for your web hosting account. These must be ordered separately if needed. Before we begin any service work on a web installation, we first test the website for malware. We can only perform service work on clean installations. Important: We do not install or support Joomla! on an IIS Windows server!
Acceptance criteria for projects:
The acceptance periods individually stipulated in the purchase agreements are binding in all cases. In standard projects, such as installation contracts, the acceptance period is set at 8 working days unless otherwise agreed. If this acceptance period is exceeded by the contractor, the project is automatically considered accepted and the warranty period begins.
Website migration / conversion:
When migrating websites, existing add-ons (extensions) and templates usually need to be replaced with ones compatible with the new CMS version. Templates are very often customized. Such templates, as well as extensions created by the client, are not our responsibility unless explicitly stated and commissioned. Any problems arising from incompatible templates or server environments are always the client's responsibility. If a migration has to be completely aborted or abandoned for such reasons, the contract is considered fulfilled from our perspective. Configuration work in the content area of a website necessitated by updates/migration, or general data maintenance, is expressly not included. These are part of an update or migration and must be commissioned separately.
Our pre-configured software packages:
The software packages offered in conjunction with our manuals are tools ( under the Licenses GPLv2 or GPLv3 ) and extensions from other manufacturers. Despite extensive testing in practical operation, we cannot completely rule out errors and security vulnerabilities. For this reason, we assume no liability whatsoever for program errors in Joomla itself or in any of the tools from other manufacturers. If errors or security vulnerabilities are brought to our attention, we will contact the manufacturer and endeavor to implement a corresponding correction. We regularly provide updates on Joomla and its tools via newsletter and in our news section.
Customer Information System (Newsletter Subscription):
We would like to point out the following: Anyone who registers on our website is automatically enrolled in our customer information system. This is necessary for our communication policy, as we understand it. Our customer information system is a free service for our customers.
Unsubscribing from the customer information system means that all your data and your account will be automatically deleted for data protection reasons. This will also terminate all entitlements to updates for purchased products and any existing membership in the EBW Joomla Club.
Website maintenance and support:
Migration and upgrades:
This offer does not include migration or upgrades to Joomla versions or extensions no longer supported by the manufacturer. We would be happy to provide you with a quote for such services.
Configuration or data maintenance work:
Configuration work on additional tools that become necessary due to updates, or general data maintenance work, is expressly not included. This is part of our website maintenance and support. In such cases, we will inform you before an update and only install it after receiving your approval. Configuration work necessitated by errors made by the website operator or their staff is also not included in our website maintenance and support. Any costs incurred will be billed at our current hourly rate. billed.
Duration of website maintenance and support:
A contracted website maintenance and support service generally runs for twelve months. It automatically renews for another twelve months unless the contract is canceled at least 14 (fourteen) days before its expiration. Cancellation can be made in writing or by email. The website maintenance contract applies to the website(s) specified by the customer. Should a website be abandoned by the customer before the contract ends, the contractual relationship between EasyBay-Web and the customer does not terminate. However, the customer may designate another website they operate for maintenance. This website must use the same CMS as the abandoned website. Such a change is only possible once during the contract period.
As part of a valid website maintenance and support service, we also install, configure, and regularly update commercial optimization and security tools free of charge. All tools installed by the website operator, as well as Joomla itself, are kept up to date via updates. If an existing website maintenance and support service is not renewed upon expiration, the optimization and security tools we installed and configured will be deactivated or uninstalled.
Any paid tools installed by the website operator must be made available to us if they are to be considered during updates. If the website operator, or a person authorized by them, performs updates to Joomla or any of the installed extensions, and these updates cause problems that require our resolution, this is not covered by the maintenance agreement. The resulting costs will be billed at our current hourly rate.
Update of paid tools:
These must be provided to us free of charge by the website operator for an update.
After the order has been placed:
After your purchase, please download the PDF file that will be released to you. This file contains the information we need for website maintenance and support. We will also provide you with the mobile phone number for our 24-hour disaster relief hotline.

Right of withdrawal for consumers:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (by email) of the receipt of your withdrawal.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Severability clause:
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the intended purpose of the invalid provision.

These terms and conditions may be changed at our sole discretion without prior notice. EasyBay-Web Ltd. will inform you of any changes to these terms and conditions by posting them on this website.
